Description We are seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations - Individual Contributor for our team based in Leesburg, Virginia, United States. The role involves supporting operational activities and processes that enhance service levels and contribute to revenue growth in the commercial operations industry. The successful candidate will be working closely with internal teams and regional sales representatives, and will be given the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of commercial systems and customer service excellence. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the regional sales team and internal functional teams to execute agreed priorities and objectives for each territory. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Provide operational support to ensure all aspects of operational activities are managed for the assigned region. • Utilize commercial systems such as ERP and CRM to aid in customer service and business operations. • Work towards the optimization of operations and planning processes. • Handle customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Engage in business analysis and oversight to ensure the effective fulfillment of products. • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align resources and deliverables to achieve collective commercial goals. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, for documentation and other tasks. • Execute best practices and provide training to enhance the culture of customer service excellence.
Requirements • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word and Excel • Experience with CRM software and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures • Experience in training others on best practices and processes • Understanding of planning processes and ability to execute plans • Ability to design and optimize operations for efficiency • Experience in business analysis and oversight of operations • Proficiency in KPI reporting and configuration management • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and partners • Demonstrable skills in collaboration and teamwork.
