Description

The Senior Director of Health Analytics, Programs, and Systems leads the development and use of the organization’s databases to perform industry data analyses. The position translates these analyses into actionable insights, addressing challenges and opportunities for the community health center industry. This role also oversees the organization’s health analytics and systems budgets, contributing to revenue generation, product diversification, price analysis, and operational efficiency improvements. Additional responsibilities include managing access to enhanced data resources, advocating for business success, and maintaining expense oversight.


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic vision and the ability to execute tasks in support of department and company-wide objectives. The Senior Director provides technical support for databases and systems, playing a key role in developing and implementing client outreach and sales automation strategies. Project management responsibilities include overseeing organizational and client projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant completion.


Key Responsibilities:


Health Analytics:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement a comprehensive health analytics strategy. Drive data analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals in healthcare delivery, research, and population health.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing health analytics team. Foster an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making while providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Analytics Solution Design: Develop advanced analytics solutions to extract meaningful insights. Apply statistical models to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and clinical decisions.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity and security by overseeing data governance frameworks. Establish quality control measures for data used in analytics projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other teams to identify and prioritize analytics opportunities. Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, guiding decision-making based on data insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure analytics impact. Present results, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership through reports and dashboards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analytics, program management, and systems administration.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, compliance regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
