Lease Analyst (Remote Position)

Description

We are seeking a Lease Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Lease Analyst, you will be involved in the IT Services industry, focusing on tasks related to commercial real estate and legal aspects of real estate contracts. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze real estate leases and associated legal documents
• Utilize database systems to record and maintain real estate contract details
• Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve inquiries related to real estate contracts
• Monitor and manage commercial real estate contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Apply knowledge of real estate law to guide decision-making processes in real estate matters
• Collaborate with the corporate legal team to ensure all real estate contracts align with the company's legal guidelines and standards
• Participate in the negotiation and finalization of commercial real estate contracts
• Provide support in the management of the company's commercial real estate portfolio
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for managing commercial real estate contracts and leases.


Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of Database systems
• Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Familiarity with Real Estate - Commercial sector
• Knowledge in drafting and interpreting Real Estate Contracts
• Solid understanding of Real Estate Law
• Previous experience in Corporate Legal matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and related software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field would be considered a plus
