Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator. The role is primarily based in Seattle, Washington, and involves handling a large volume of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will be responsible for managing client data, processing tax files, and serving as a point of contact for internal clients.
Responsibilities:
• Look up client numbers and locations, open tax files, and manage forms from DocuSign. • Download documents and ensure file names are named appropriately. • Assist with administrative tasks relating to tax and assurance processes and support queues, including e-filing and confirmations. • Serve as a point of contact for internal clients regarding general administrative processes, including quality control items, new client set up, and record management. • Perform client engagement management activities as needed, such as binder maintenance, new client acceptance, confirmations, electronic filing, invoice look-up, and other core business support functions. • Seek opportunities to collaborate on administrative functions within the team. • Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence. • Assist with the coordination of internal and external clients including screening phone calls, facilitating client communications to the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients when appropriate. • Assist with tax return processing and delivery during deadlines. • Assist with the production of client deliverables.
Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint is required • Ability to perform data entry tasks with precision • Demonstrated skills in customer service • Experience with DocuSign will be considered an advantage • Ability to organize files and perform scanning tasks • Excellent typing skills are required • Proficiency in email correspondence and ability to communicate effectively • Ability to perform calculations accurately • Knowledge of '10 Key Skills' is desirable • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
