Description

We are looking for a dedicated ERP Integration consultant to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between functional and technical applications within the JDE environment, actively striving for business process improvement and efficiency. This is an opportunity for a short term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the JDE platform to enhance business functionality and overall performance.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex JDE system issues, design flaws, and operational problems in collaboration with other team members.

• Document and relay technical requirements in a manner that can be understood and actioned by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct gap analysis of current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Customize and configure JDE modules to match business needs.

• Develop and manage JDE reports, applications, and business services using JDE development tools.

• Develop testing strategy for all applications configured or developed.

• Provide production support, configuration, and end-user training for areas using JDE application.

• Adhere to project management lifecycle and change control standards.

• Utilize skills in database, business process functions, consulting, and JDE EnterpriseOne.

Requirements

• Proficient in managing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration projects
• Strong knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne software
• Experience in database management and structuring
• Understanding of various business process functions
• Proven consulting skills to guide teams and clients through ERP integration
• Ability to translate complex technical terms into understandable business language
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring efficient business processes
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in ERP or related systems would be advantageous.
