Executive Assistant

Description

We are in the process of recruiting an Executive Assistant for our operations in Washington, District of Columbia. As an Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with managing various administrative duties, utilizing your skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, and Kronos Timekeeping System. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Cisco Webex Meetings for effective communication and conference calls.
• Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings accordingly.
• Use CRM for maintaining customer records and data.
• Employ Kronos Timekeeping System for effective time management.
• Ensure proper correspondence and communication within and outside the organization.
• Handle queries and issues related to ADP - Financial Services.
• Utilize Concur for travel and expense management.
• Coordinate and manage conference calls involving multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and customer data.


Requirements

• Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and managing virtual meetings
• Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient time management
• Knowledge of About Time software for project management
• Excellent Calendar Management skills to organize and schedule appointments
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage Conference Calls, ensuring efficient communication between participants
• Detail oriented in handling Correspondence, including emails and letters.
