Description We are offering a contract for a Property Accountant position in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role, primarily focused on the Real Estate & Property industry, involves managing accounting functions for commercial properties.
Responsibilities: • Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple commercial properties • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Execute accrual accounting procedures • Perform property management tasks specific to commercial real estate • Prepare, post, and record journal entries promptly • Conduct bank account reconciliation and balance sheet account reconciliation • Carry out CAM reconciliation.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is necessary • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is essential • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate industry is needed • Background in Commercial Property Management is a plus • Ability to Prepare Journal Entries is important • Experience in Posting Journal Entries is crucial • Skill in Recording Journal Entries is beneficial • Competence in Bank Account Reconciliation is required • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is important • Expertise in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is needed • Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation is valued • Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Skill in Cam Reconciliation is a plus
