Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Site Manager II in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, the Site Manager II will supervise operations and provide user support, ensuring quality and timeliness of services.


We're excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity for an End User Services Manager.

About the Position: IT Services program that provides an extensive range of IT services supporting the Department of Justice. These services include, but are not limited to, help desk, desk side support, Windows workstation engineering and maintenance, ITSM, Active Directory services, and video conferencing.

Security Requirements: Please note that the selected candidate will be subject to a Government Public Trust security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer’s information. While a current clearance is not required, the assignment cannot commence until the required security clearance is granted by the customer. This process typically takes over 12 weeks.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring successful delivery of Desk Side Support services to a Federal customer
  • Leading a team to support a wide array of customers across multiple facilities and locations
  • Managing between 10 to 15 staff members who provide comprehensive desk side and audiovisual services
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ticket data among other duties


Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 10+ years of experience or a High School Diploma with 14 years of experience
  • Prior Leadership experience
  • IT services background
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with a modern service ticketing system such as ServiceNow

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with the Department of Justice
  • Experience supporting organizations in litigation
  • ITIL certification
  • PMP certification
