Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry for an Office Manager. This role is based in Bethesda, Maryland, 20814, United States. As an Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of the office, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office cleanliness, and onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization of office files and supply closets.
• Handle the scheduling of meetings, conferences, and executive events.
• Manage inventory, ensuring all office supplies are adequately stocked.
• Welcome and greet visitors to the office, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure the office's cleanliness and orderliness, creating a positive work environment.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
• Use CRM and About Time software to manage and process customer credit applications.
• Answer inbound calls, providing prompt and detail oriented customer service.
• Manage equipment inventory, ensuring all tools and resources are accounted for.


Requirements

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in CRM software for customer relationship management
• Familiarity with About Time software for accurate time tracking
• Ability to manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Experience in maintaining organized filing systems for record keeping
• Strong scheduling skills, ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines
• Experience in conference planning, demonstrating strong coordination skills
• Knowledge of equipment inventory management, ensuring office supplies are always available
