Administrative Assistant (Remote Position)

Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Insurance industry, based in Bergen County, New Jersey. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily involved in various administrative tasks, including data entry, handling broker onboarding, ensuring licensing requirements are met, and managing digital signatures.


Responsibilities


• Oversee the onboarding process of brokers in the insurance industry

• Manage and maintain accurate data entries using Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ensure all licensing requirements are met for each broker

• Use VLOOKUP function in Excel to organize and analyze data

• Manage digital signatures using DocuSign

• Handle large volumes of administration work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Use your strong administrative skills to enhance the efficiency of our operations

• Employ your tech-savvy skills to optimize our administrative processes.


Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use VLOOKUP functionality
• Experience with Microsoft Word for creating, editing, formatting documents
• Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Experience with DocuSign for managing electronic agreements
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its administrative procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
