Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Smartsheet Administrator with API Integration experience in Dubuque, Iowa, 52002, United States. The role involves troubleshooting within Smartsheet’s and tracking down errors within existing workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as task assignments on checklists between Marketing and retail stores and creating checklists for promotional offers that are sent to retail locations.
Responsibilities: • Administer and troubleshoot within Smartsheet’s, identifying and rectifying errors within existing workflows. • Document any changes made to workflows or schemas within Smartsheet’s. • Assign tasks on checklists between Marketing and retail stores. • Develop checklists for promotional offers sent to retail locations. • Enhance collaboration on documents between IT, marketing, and retail locations. • Monitor and track progress on project roadmaps. • Streamline workflows to improve visibility and boost productivity. • Oversee process flows such as checklists sent to stores, notifying people at HQ. • Assist in marketing tasks like sales flyer creation, coordinating with buyers, and loading pricing in IT. • Leverage API integration skills preferably with digital retail platforms like MAGENTO or similar and Digital Asset Management (DAM) software like Bynder.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Smartsheet administration and API Integration • Solid understanding of API - Application Programming Interface • Experience in API Development, API gateways, API management, and API specifications • Proven ability to conduct API Testing • Knowledge of System Administration • Experience in creating and managing Checklists • Proven ability to Troubleshoot technical issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred • Willingness to keep up with technological changes and innovations in the field.
