Robert Half Is looking for a Business-side Implementation PM for global Workday HCM implementation, need someone to take control and ensure smooth execution with minimal HR disruptions.

This is a 100% remote, 6 months long contract with a possibility of extension.

Requirements

Day to Day:

• Lead Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll implementation.

• Bridge the gap between HR and technical teams.

• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

• Drive data migration and process automation initiatives.

• Mitigate risks and streamline HR operations.

MUSTS:

• Proven experience managing large-scale Workday implementations.

• Strong background in Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Data Migration.

• Hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Workday certification(s) preferred.
