Data Entry Clerk (Remote Position)

Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity that is remote, for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The role focuses primarily on handling payroll processing and data management in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

• Diligently enter data into the system manually, taking care to ensure accuracy.

• Manage the payroll inbox, promptly addressing and resolving any issues or queries.

• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency in these platforms.

• Conduct thorough audits and reviews of information to ensure data integrity.

• Handle and rectify error request forms in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilize your 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and other related tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from customers.

• Organize files systematically and perform scanning duties as required.

• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word and Email Correspondence, using these tools to facilitate effective communication and record-keeping.


Requirements

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for accurate data input.
• Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries and issues.
• Demonstrable experience in data entry tasks, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in email correspondence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data organization, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
• Capacity to perform calculations swiftly and accurately for data entry tasks.
• Experience in scanning documents and images accurately.
• Excellent typing skills, ensuring fast and error-free data input.
