Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract role in Bridgewater, NJ. In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders, and addressing customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and politely on the phone with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in computer systems.
• Take inbound calls to facilitate the order process and address order-related questions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on any pending orders or requests.
• Answer internal inquiries regarding order status, inventory status, and portal questions.
• Communicate the value and benefits of using the service to customers.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in compliance with all applicable guidelines and policies.
• Provide assistance with devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues over the phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service by delivering clear, helpful, and empathetic responses to inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in using customer service software is required

• Strong knowledge of various computer programs is essential

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is a must

• Experience in data entry is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Must have a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies in the industry.
