Description

We’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a forward-thinker with a strong technical background, ready to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions while driving innovation and collaborating across teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of robust, low-latency applications that support high-volume operations, ensuring exceptional system performance and reliability.
• Design, write, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-tested code to bring innovative IT solutions to life.
• Dive deep into complex business challenges, conducting analysis, discovery, and solution design to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to ServiceNow implementations, leveraging experience with BCM, ORM, GRC, ITOM, and CSDM/CMDB modules.
• Work with data integrations to enhance system capabilities and streamline workflows.
• Research and recommend technology trends and best practices, fostering continuous learning within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). If you don’t have a degree, we’re looking for at least 7 years of proven success in similar roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including module configuration and integration.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM, including experience working with the CMDB and related integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze production issues and implement effective solutions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to balance independent work and collaborative efforts.
• Bonus points for experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.
