Client Services Representative (Remote Position)

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the dynamic professional services industry in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role is for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, providing timely and accurate customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Follow up with clients to ensure proper documentation has been received
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Actively participate in cross-selling and referring customers to expand business development
• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate credit records
• Monitor customer credit accounts and initiate actions to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize Google Suite and other relevant software for customer service tasks
• Engage in outbound sales activities in line with the company's targets and standards
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's customer service standards
• Continually strive for improvement in processes and services to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements

• Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
• Familiarity with High Volume Call Center operations and procedures
• Experience in Outbound Sales and Heavily-Outbound customer interactions
• Proficient in Google Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customer complaints and concerns
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn about products or services to improve quality of support
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive working environment
• Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if required.
