Description

Consider this Roseville, California area opportunity for a long-term contract / temporary to hire HR Recruiter/ Marketing! Highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiters might be interested to consider this skill-defining role. This organization wants a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. We will need you to recruit candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. This job could be for you if you're great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department.


Recruiter/Marketing Clerk

  • Oversee and schedule recruiting committee meetings.
  • Attend recruiting events at select colleges.
  • Review incoming resumes from various sources (BambooHR, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Schedule interviews with potential candidates.
  • Follow-up with candidates – send no thank you letters.
  • Track incoming employees.
  • Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation meeting with the assistance of the Director of HR.
  • Monitor the firm’s website to identify information that may need to be updated then work with the webmaster to get content updated.
  • Assist with creating firm announcements for website.
  • Schedule and update employees for CPE training.
  • Work with Firm Administrator to expand the firm’s marketing efforts.



Requirements

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to create flyers, brochures, as needed.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision (to allow the employee some flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional service firm.
